Black History Month at the Lynn Community Health Center: Take Charge of your Health!

Black History Month Event:  Take Charge of Your Health!  Thursday, February 17, 2011, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Lynn Community Health Center (269 Union St.)

Please join us for a soul food dinner, health screenings, fellowship, and a great program.  Edmund Carleton Brown will be our guest of honor, and William Jones will be our Master of Ceremonies.  LCHC Providers will talk about taking charge of your health.  Speakers include:  Hanna Haptu, MD, internist and infectious disease specialist; Mercy Simpson, BSW, LPN, Patient Navigator; and Kimberly Roberts-Schultheis, MD, psychiatrist and addictions specialist.  It is time to take action!  Let the Lynn Community Health Center serve as your entry point to better health!

Upcoming Lynn Flu Clinics!

Lynn area flu clinics will be held on the following dates:

Thursday, October 14th: from 9am to 12pm, at the Lynn Field House on Neptune Boulevard

Thursday, October 21st: from 9am to 12pm, at Lynn English High School, in the foyer at 50 Goodridge Street.

Thursday, October 28th: between 1pm and 4pm, at North Shore Community College in the gym at the Broad Street entrance.

***Flu clinics are open to Lynn residents, age 18 and older!***
