home ownership

First time home buyers class

LHAND office located at 174 South Common Street

As more and more people look to ease the economic crunch by renting, homeownership dipped to all all time low (lowest in 17 years) in 2013. The Lynn Housing and Neighborhood Development agency is setting a positive course for Lynn community members to be a part of homeownership.  The  course is designed to take anyone interested  through the necessary steps they will need to accomplish in order to be homeowners. There is a monetary fee for the services and anyone interested can click here to learn more about this amazing opportunity and chance to own a little piece of Lynn.
