General business hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm; flexible home visiting schedules can often be arranged.

Fees: Services are paid for by the MA Dept of Public Health, Medicaid, Massachusetts HMOs and private health insurance companies. Families are asked to pay an annual participation fee based on family size and income. No family will be denied services based on inability to pay.

Anyone can make a referral to the program if they have concerns about a child’s development. Referrals do not require a prescription or prior approval. Services are provided by a team of professionals and the child’s family, caregivers, and medical professionals are important members of the team.
Eligibility restrictions: Child must be between birth and 3 years of age and must live in the identified catchment area (Danvers, Lynn, Lynnfield, Marblehead, Middleton, Nahant, Peabody, Salem, Saugus, & Swampscott). The child has been diagnosed with a physical, emotional, or cognitive condition that may result in a developmental delay, is not reaching age-appropriate milestones in one or more areas of development, or is at risk for developmental delay due to various biological and/or environmental factors.
