Overview of Programming Areas

SCI Lynn is passionate about engaging youth, uniting diverse people and groups, developing community leaders, and connecting civitzens to information. Here are our current initiative that connect to those four areas of focus.

• POS (Part of the Solution) Youth Council is currently led by Hai VanCong, the Youth Leadership Coodrinator for SCI Lynn. This group is comprised of 25 Lynn teens (females & males) from different backgrounds who care about making Lynn a great place to live. The purpose of the group is to help reduce alcohol and drug abuse in the city, promote a healthy community, and to make our neighborhoods safe places.
• SCI Lynn eBlast is a weekly e-newletter sent by Briana Iacovetta, the current Outreach and Technology Coordinator for SCI Lynn.  The eBlast includes upcoming events, volunteer needs, and features one non-profit organization a week.
• Outreach: SCI Lynn collaborates with other non-profits for community events and serves as a connecter for individuals and organizations.
