who am I?

Hi everyone! Before I start plastering the page with great opportunitites to get involved in Lynn, I want to breifly introduce myself. My name is Alex(andra) DeGenova and I am one of SCI's AmeriCorps members serving here in Lynn. My desk is located at Girls Inc. of Lynn on Market Street. Over the next nine months, I will be working with SCI and Girls Inc. to help teens to develop their leadership skills while becoming more involved and connecting with others in the community. I grew up on the north shore and am excited about the opportunity to help improve the area that I've always considered home. I am also excited to be able to work with so many wonderful youth in Lynn. I have already met many bright, responsible, and caring youth here, and look forward to helping them connect with others who also care deeply about the Lynn community.
