Massachusetts Turnpike Authority Public Hearing

In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. c. 81A, 5 4(j), the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority ("Authority") is convening public hearings on toll structure changes within the Metropolitan Highway System. The proposed changes include increasing tolls and changing toll rates.The hearing will take place at Lynn City Hall, located at 3 City Hall Square Lynn, MA, 01901. The Authority will accept oral testimony on the toll structure changes during these public hearings. In addition, written testimony and comments will be accepted for one week following the hearings, until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 14, 2008. Written testimony and comments should be sent to the Office of the General Counsel, Massachusetts Turnpike Authority, 10 Park Plaza, Suite 4 160, Boston, MA 02116.
